Hello!

I’m Hanne, a twentysomething woman on a stitching adventure who lives/works/plays in Leeds. I started sewing aged 11 in textiles classes at school, then managed to wangle a whole degree in it in the form of Costume Construction, and now I sew predominantly for pleasure.
One of my favourite things in the world is when people ask where I got what I’m wearing being able to say: “I made it myself”. I’m on a mission to make one of a kind clothes in beautiful fabrics that will outlast anything I could buy off the rack. This blog is a space to explore my stitching journey and write about one of my most treasured pastimes.
